Preparing for your first Hypnotherapy session is easy and straight forward. Ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothing and prepare any questions or concerns you may want to address. Although results vary, typically, each Hypnotherapy session may last up to 90 minutes and most clients will begin seeing results after approx. 8 sessions. SESSION AGENDA
Enjoy a calming space with soft lighting, soothing music, and comfy seating. Experience deep relaxation through gentle techniques like deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery.
POWERFUL TRANSFORMATIONS
With the hypnotherapist's guidance, address your specific goals, concerns, and subconscious beliefs . Deeper relaxation will be used to access your subconscious mind to facilitate behavior change and visualize positive outcomes.
REFLECTION & REINFORCEMENT
Transition back to full awareness, feeling grounded and present after the session. Reflect on insights, emotions, and experiences from the session. Assign/review any recommended homework assignments, like audio recordings, habit tracking, or practicing self-hypnosis.
