What To Expect
Preparing for your first Hypnotherapy session is easy and straight forward. Ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothing and prepare any questions or concerns you may want to address. Although results vary, typically, each Hypnotherapy session may last up to 90 minutes and most clients will begin seeing results after approx. 8 sessions. The following are some of the most common ways to know what to expect during a session
CONSULTATION AND INTAKE FORMS
Discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations to ensure a personalized approach. Ask questions about the Hypnotherapy process and get clear insight on the benefits and uses of alternative healing. Complete personal demographics forms, review policies, discuss relevant medical information.
SESSION AGENDA
Enjoy a calming space with soft lighting, soothing music, and comfy seating. Experience deep relaxation through gentle techniques like deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery.
POWERFUL TRANSFORMATIONS
With the hypnotherapist's guidance, address your specific goals, concerns, and subconscious beliefs . Deeper relaxation will be used to access your subconscious mind to facilitate behavior change and visualize positive outcomes.
REFLECTION & REINFORCEMENT
Transition back to full awareness, feeling grounded and present after the session. Reflect on insights, emotions, and experiences from the session. Assign/review any recommended homework assignments, like audio recordings, habit tracking, or practicing self-hypnosis.

Guided imagery is a type of medical hypnosis that utilizes the power of visualization to help people cope with physical or emotional pain. Patients are guided through a series of images or scenarios in their minds to help them cope with their condition. For example, a person experiencing chronic pain might be guided through a series of relaxing and healing visualizations to help them reduce their pain. Guided imagery is used to help people improve their physical and emotional well-being and to help them manage the symptoms of various medical conditions.
Results may vary. Clients have seen improvement within 5-7 sessions. The results you achieve from Hypnotherapy requires no more than a short term commitment and can vary based on topic. Rewards and incentives can be effective in enhancing dopamine levels and motivating individuals to commit to the program.
